Inspection & Machining

Pressure test - Checks cylinder head coolant passages for possible cracks.
Vacuum test - Checks if intake & exhaust valves are sealing and seated properly.
Straight edge\ resurface head - Cylinder heads can warp, especially in cases when over heating occurred. Or if damage (scratches, Gasket wear, etc.) are visible.

Completely disassembled
Cleaned and inspected for excessive wear/ damage.
Valve Seats will be machined or replaced if required
Valves will be machined or new parts may be required if your original parts are not machinable.
New valve stem seals installed
Reassembled & vacuum tested
